What is Microfibre Cleaning?

Microfibre is a synthetic fabric many times smaller than human hair. The gap between fibres is so tiny it creates a static charge that attracts dry soil and dust.

The real magic happens when used damp. Capillary action is when liquid moves through narrow spaces without or against the assistance of external forces. Damp microfibre creates a suction net that draws up bacteria and traps it deep in the cloth. Rather than pushing bacteria around, microfibre traps bacteria more effectively than traditional cloths, when used correctly. Swabs were independently tested and the results show that microfibre cloths were 3 times more effective at collecting bacteria than traditional cloths. Cloths can be boil washed, which releases and kills trapped bacteria.

Microfibre has become the cleaning method of choice for many supermarkets and restaurants.
